ozorg admins statement
Tuesday, 30 July 2002
In response to a recent query, the admins of the ozorg IRC network
would like to make the following statement:
Yes it's true! We can't deny it any longer. We monitor all 3000
users conversations. As we do not have the time or technical ability
to do this we have to rely on our psychics. If you would not like to
have your IRC chats monitored by us in future, we suggest you wear a
tin foil hat
On a non IRC related issue, we would also like to claim
responsibility for the following:
Building similar pyramids on 3 different continents
Building the statues on Easter Island in our own image. (The
one of whale is particularly lifelike)
Covering up the alien landing at Roswell. (The aliens are
actually the psychics we use to monitor IRC chats. Human psychics
can't multitask enough)
Creating patterns in the crop fields
Assisting aliens with abductions and medical experiments (We
are trying to find a way around the tin foil hats)
We maintain the world wide conspiracy to keep the recipe for
coca cola and kfc's 11 secret herbs and spices a secret
Z was the second gunman on the grassy knoll
There is a documentary called Men In Black that outlines some of our activites
This page is in response to the following:
{nickname suppressed} Nice move fellas... blocking the UDP

A flood of these messages was received by an ozorg admin. As you
can see, we are dealing with paranoia and do not
believe that anything we do or say will convince this person that continued DoS attacks
on our servers are just electronic vandalism. These DoS attacks not only impact 3000 innocent
users, but also the ISPs and Institutions that voluntarily host this free service.
ozorg's new code base is based on undernet's ircu. You can obtain
it from here
if you would like to try it for yourself
